Danielle WalshDanielle Walsh, of Mansfield, has been named vice president, treasurer and controller at Needham Bank.

In this expanded role, Walsh, who formerly held the title of vice president and controller, performs a wide range of financial, accounting and administrative functions to provide for the establishment and implementation of effective accounting policies and procedures, according to a statement.

Walsh has more than 14 years of banking industry experience; prior to joining Needham Bank in 2009 she was with South Coastal Bank in Rockland for seven years, departing from that institution as vice president, treasurer/controller. She also worked as an auditor for Wolf & Co. P.C. in Boston, specializing in auditing financial institutions. Walsh began her banking career as a teller for Fleet Bank.

Walsh is a member of the Financial Managers Society and the Randolph Elks. She makes her home in Mansfield with her husband Matt and their three daughters.
