Needham Bank has committed $200,000 to the Friends of Needham Elderly toward the construction of the new Needham Senior Center.
To be called "The Center at the Heights" the two-story 20,000 foot senior center will be constructed on the site of the Needham Heights Commuter Rail Station at the corner of Hillside Avenue and West Street. It is slated to open in October.
