Needham Bank Sponsors Town’s Tricentennial

Needham Bank said it has committed $125,000 to sponsor Needham 300, a year-long celebration of the town’s 300th birthday.

"It is a privilege and a pleasure to sponsor Needham 300," said Jack W. McGeorge, president of Needham Bank. "We’re proud to be part of this wonderful community and look forward to all the events planned in celebration of its 300th birthday."

Needham 300 will kick off on the weekend of Nov. 5 with a football game, Rotary Club pancake breakfast, a parade, and open market. Events will culminate on Nov. 5, 2011 with a gala celebration at the newly renovated Great Hall in Needham.
