Jillian Landi, an operational services specialist at Needham Bank, has been recognized for her achievements as a national accredited ACH professional (AAP).

Landi’s contributions to the automated clearing house (ACH) network as an AAP were acknowledged during National AAP Recognition Day last month by the Electronic Payments Association and the Regional Payments Association.

As an AAP, Landi is at the forefront of current changes and updates to the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) operating rules as well as current federal and state payments industry regulations.

To achieve AAP certification, Landi underwent a comprehensive course of study and passed an examination administered by NACHA.

"Achieving my AAP is certainly a career goal," said Landi, who received her AAP certificate in December. "And by having a certified ACH professional on staff, the bank is assured that all areas involving electronic payment are up-to-date, thereby providing our customers peace of mind."

"Jillian’s accreditation as an AAP sets her apart as a payments industry expert; we heartily applaud her achievement and the value it brings to our customers," said Jack W. McGeorge, president of Needham Bank.
