Andrew Rafter, a commercial loan officer at Needham Bank, has graduated from the Massachusetts Bankers Association’s New England School for Financial Studies.

Rafter has been with Needham Bank since November of 2007; prior to joining the Bank he was the General Sales Manager for Lee Volvo and Jaguar in Wellesley.

The Massachusetts Bankers Association established the School for Financial Studies in 1960 to provide opportunities for professional growth to those already in the industry. To complete the school program, students enroll in a one-year course of study, including two one-week residential sessions held at Babson College’s Executive Conference Center. Students must complete five bank-specific research papers and participate in bank-management simulations presenting typical challenges facing today’s senior bank managers.
