Negrini Joins Pittsfield Co-operative Bank

Paul F. Negrini of Alford has joined senior management at the Pittsfield Co-operative Bank as vice president of commercial lending.

Negrini’s banking career spans more than 35 years, serving the consumer and commercial financing needs of residents and businesses in the Central Berkshire County and South Berkshire County markets.

As the senior loan officer, Negrini established the commercial loan department for the former Great Barrington Savings Bank in 1983. After Great Barrington Savings merged with Berkshire Bank, he remained for the next 10 years, holding senior management positions in both consumer and commercial lending. Most recently, he served as vice president, commercial loan officer for Legacy Banks.

"Paul’s a much respected figure in this industry and the community. He brings to the bank a wealth of technical knowledge on all lending levels as well as expansive market knowledge of the area we serve," said Jay Anderson, president of the Pittsfield Co-operative Bank.
