NetAge Solutions has signed a long-term lease for 9,200 square feet of Class A office space at Riverworks in Watertown.

Riverworks at 480 Pleasant St. is a repositioned brick and beam complex along the Charles River formerly occupied by Boston Scientific. It offers office, research and development, and lab space, as well as a newly constructed cafeteria, fitness center and courtyard. The owner is Farley White Interests.

NetAge Solutions will join Education Resource Strategies and Carlson Software in the recently renovated mill building with the three leases totaling approximately 25,000 square feet.

Boston Realty Advisors’ Adam Meixner and Jeremy Freid represented the tenant. Brendan Cohn, Peter Bekarian and Tyler Spring of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.

Netage Solutions Inc. provides CRM, portfolio management and online investor software and online reporting systems for the alternative assets industry, including real estate investment firms and institutional investors. The company is currently located in the Watertown Arsenal complex and is following its former neighbor Carlson Software to Riverworks.
