MRV Communications Inc. has leased 21,148 square feet at 300 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford.

MRV Communications, a networking company, is moving from Littleton. The company leased office space on the building’s third floor where its engineering, operations and customer service teams will be based.

"We worked very closely with MRV Communications to determine their real estate needs, based on their overall business objectives," said Brian McKenzie, partner at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners. "After a broad review of options in the market, we were pleased to help them locate at 300 Apollo Drive. The building’s amenities and location are a very good fit for the company."

McKenzie, John Wilson and James Lipscomb of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ represented MRV Communications in the transaction. The building’s landlord, Chelmsford Assoc. LLC, was represented by Lincoln Property Co.
