The New England Association of Schools and Colleges has leased 18,800 square feet at Three Burlington Woods in Burlington, Massachusetts. 

The Burlington Woods Office Park is owned by Boston-based The Davis Companies (TDC), and consists of 267,829 square feet of first class space over two buildings. The properties were acquired by Davis in 2010, and underwent a $3 million renovation following acquisition, adding several new tenants. With the signing, Three Burlington Woods is now fully leased, and the park overall is now 97 percent leased.

"Reaching nearly full occupancy at Burlington Woods Office Park is testimony to our success in both retaining existing tenants and attracting new ones since acquiring these outstanding properties," said Duncan A.C. Gilkey, senior vice president and director of leasing for TDC.  "It also speaks to the strength of the recovery of the Burlington market, which has become one of the most attractive submarkets in the region."
