New England Baptist Hospital has renewed a 20,500-square-foot office lease at 812 Huntington Ave. in Boston’s Mission Hill neighborhood.

As part of the deal with landlord M.H. Massey & Co. of Boston, New England Baptist’s rent was reduced and five-and-a-half years additional term was added to the lease. The demolition of an adjacent building enabled the creation of 20 free parking spaces.

Avison Young represented the landlord in its negotiations with New England Baptist, which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
