A newly-completed apartment complex in Everett’s growing multifamily development cluster has been acquired for $15 million.
The 16 Laurel St. complex includes 26 one- and two-bedroom units with open floor plans.
Cushman & Wakefield’s multifamily team represented the seller DV Partners LLC of Everett. The buyer is 16 Laurel LLC of Waltham.
“DV Partners did a phenomenal job creating the ideal product that investors are looking to acquire today in a submarket that is quickly becoming one of the most attractive rental markets in Greater Boston,” Cushman & Wakefield Senior Director Jon Bryant said in a statement.
Hingham Institution for Savings provided $9 million in mortgage financing.
