The renovation of a redesigned 4,000-square-foot conference space for the Old Colony Elder Services (OCES) of Brockton has been completed by the design-build team of Construction Planners Inc. of East Weymouth and BKA Architects of Brockton.

The existing conference space was to small, according to OCES, in terms of capacity and utility to meet the changing needs of the non-profit organization. OCES assists elders, their families and caregivers by offering supportive in-home and community based services.

The team is currently working on the next phase of the renovation which is to transform a 6,000-square-foot area into a business area that will allow additional staff needs to be accommodated in the existing available space.
