Developer Catamount Westland LLC has filed a request with the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) to convert an existing six-story, 300-space parking facility at 41 Westland Ave. in Boston’s East Fenway neighborhood into a condominium complex with significantly less parking space.
The current 60,000-square-foot facility would be converted into a 67,000-square-foot building with 48 residential condominium units with 31 parking spaces, according to the filing. The proposed project also includes a one-story, 6,500-square-foot addition to the top of the existing structure.
