There could be a new restaurant coming to Summer Street in Boston’s Fort Point district, sources tell Banker & Tradesman.
Lincoln Property Co., which is redeveloping 320 Summer St. into an approximately 110,000-square-foot office building, is getting serious interest from restaurant operators for the building’s ground floor retail space.
The building will house about 6,500 square feet of retail space. No lease has yet been inked, but there has been "strong interest" in that retail space from restaurant operators, said John Miller, senior vice president for Lincoln.
The abandoned warehouse in the Fort Point has been sitting vacant for several years. However, Lincoln is expected to execute a 100,000-square-foot lease there in the near future with computer technology firm LogMeIn.
