Equity Residential won two awards for its West End Apartments development at the recent Pillars Awards ceremony, sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders. 

Located in Boston’s West End and completed last spring, the West End Apartments won in the Best High-Rise Apartment Community and Best Brochure categories.

The West End Apartments are the first development by Equity Residential in the Boston market. The project added 310 units of housing to the Boston housing pipeline and was the first residential development in the West End in over 20 years.
