Television personality Lesley Stahl has sold her parents’ Swampscott home for $2.5 million.
The 50 Littles Point Road home was sold in late August to 50 Littles Point LLC, according to data obtained from The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.
Stahl, 69, and Paula Stahl are trustees of the Dorothy Littles Point Realty Trust, which owned the property.
The large home on slightly more than an acre was built in the early 1970s and was home to Stahl’s parents, Dorothy and Louis.
Stahl, who lives in New York but was born on the North Shore, has been a fixture on CBS News for decades and is particularly well known as a correspondent for 60 Minutes.
