OMICRON electronics USA, an Austrian company, has leased approximately 5,600 square feet of office space at 230 CityPoint in Waltham.

Rob Nahigian of Auburndale Realty Co. in Newton brokered the deal for OMICRON, its first foray into the Boston market. OMNICRON’s headquarters is in Houston. Fifteen employees will work out of the Waltham office.

BP Prospect Place LLC, of Boston, is the landlord for 230 CityPoint.

Nahigian also represented Health Management Systems in its expansion and renewal of approximately 20,881 square feet of office space at the Hood Business Park in Charlestown.

HMS provides revenue recovery and cost containment solutions for state and county programs, as well as Medicaid managed care plans.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Hood Business Park LLC, in the deal.
