LightWedge LLC, a book light and magnifier manufacturer, has leased 5,500 square feet of office space for its headquarters at 320 Nevada St. in Newton.

The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of John A. Carroll III, Elias T. Demakes and John F. Dolan III represented LightWedge and the landlord, One Nevada Realty Trust, in the transaction. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.

Located in Nonantum Office Park, 320 Nevada St. is a five-story, 86,000-square-foot office building located less than one mile from the exit 17 interchange of the Massachusetts Turnpike.
