Builder The Green Co., of Newton, was recently honored with five "gold" awards at two different ceremonies hosted by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
At the Best in American Living awards in Las Vegas, the builder received the gold award for "Best One-of-a-kind Home up to 4,000 sq.ft" and "Best Single-Family Detached Home 3,001 sq.ft to 4,000 sq.ft" for their work at Five Lanterns, a luxury home development within The Pinehills, a master-planned community in Plymouth. In addition, the Green Co. also received the award for "Best Home in the North Atlantic Region".
At the 28th annual National Sales and Marketing Awards, The Green Co. received the gold award for "Best Single Family Detached Home Priced Over 1.5 Million" and "Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced Over 1 Million," both for the company’s new home plans at Five Lanterns.
