Nippon Express USA Renews 50K SF Lease In Somerville

Nippon Express USA, a worldwide leader in logistics services, recently renewed its 50,930-square-foot lease at 30 Innerbelt Road in Somerville.

With the desire to stay close to Logan Airport, Nippon Express found its location to be ideal after considering other local industrial parks, according to a statement.

The Colliers International team of James Elcock and Brian Flaherty represented Nippon Express in the transaction with landlord, Prologis, L.P.

Built in 1968, 30 Innerbelt Road is a 197,000-square-foot Class B industrial manufacturing building consisting of mixed warehouse and office space. Inner Belt Park is located 10 minutes from Downtown Boston and is serviced by MBTA bus lines. The building is fully leased.
