25 Corporate Drive in BurlingtonTwo leases have been signed for a total of 11,229 square feet at Burlington Centre in Burlington.

OASIS (Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information), a nonprofit that provides the adoption of open standards for the global information society, has leased 2,407 square feet at 25 Corporate Drive.

Viridity Software, an energy resource management firm, has leased 8,822 square feet at 35 Corporate Drive, according to a statement. They will move this fall.

"Burlington Centre is a very attractive location in the Route 128 North area," said CB Richard Ellis Vice President Kerry Olson. "The park has a prime location with superb visibility, and excellent on-site and nearby amenities in addition to a responsive and well-capitalized landlord. As such, we are seeing significant interest in the remaining available space."

OASIS Inc. was represented by Norblom Co. Vice President James O’Neill. Viridity Software was represented by T3 Realty Advisors LLC Managing Director Gregory Hoffmeister, according to a statement.

Burlington Centre is a 500,000-square-foot, master-planned, Class A office park situated on more than 70 acres off of Rte. 3A. The office park consists of four buildings – 10, 25, 30 and 35 Corporate Drive. Park amenities include two full-service cafeterias, outdoor patio seating, a fitness center, shower and locker facilities and on-site management.
