Massachusetts Law Reform Institute, The Center for Law and Education and The Freedom Trail Foundation have renewed their respective leases at 99 Chauncy St. in Boston.
Massachusetts Law Reform Institute (MLRI), a nonprofit legal services organization which promotes social and economic justice through advocacy, education and legal action, has renewed 8,950 square feet.
The Center for Law and Education, a national support center which aims to provide students with quality education and helps communities address public education problems, has renewed its office lease for 2,493 square feet.
The Freedom Trail Foundation, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to marketing, promoting and preserving Boston’s Freedom Trail, has renewed its lease of 1,500 square feet. Peter Farnum of FHO Partners represented the tenant in this transaction.
Michael Edward, senior vice president at Lincoln Property Co., which serves as exclusive leasing agent for the building, represented the landlord, AP Levin Real Estate, in all three transactions.
