Two commercial buildings in Peabody and Danvers have sold for $1.4 million and $1.1 million, respectively.

Greenworks Parks LLC purchased a 20,000-square-foot, free standing office building at 5 Lakeland Park Drive in Peabody for $1.4 million.

The favorable condition of the property and proximity to Rt. 1 and I-95 attracted the buyer who will use the property for back office administrative purposes, according to a statement.

Chris Everest and Michael Allen, of Nordlund Assoc. Inc., represented the landlord, Bently Family Limited Partnership and secured the buyer.

Nordlund Assoc. also facilitated the sale of a 10,970-square-foot industrial building at 20 Garden St. in Danvers for $1.1 million.

The property will be occupied by J. C. Landscaping. The property is desirable for its high bay, clear space warehouse, expansive yard space and proximity to Rt. 114, Rt. 1 and I-95, according to a statement.

Everest and Allen represented the landlord, Garden Brook Corp.
