Elias Global Solutions of North Andover has received the "National Training Provider" designation from the Department of Housing and Urban Development for its Green Initiatives Program.

The program assists affordable multifamily project owners with financing green renovations which would substantially increase energy efficiency, improve tenant health and reduce environmental impacts.

Felecia S. Elias is the president of Elias Global Solutions, which offers LEED/Build Green project certification, green construction consulting, property repositioning, international market research, owner’s representation and construction management services.

Elias is a LEED-accredited professional and certified green building professional and licensed builder and real estate broker in Massachusetts. She is second vice president for the Builders Association of Greater Boston’s Executive Committee and was the state delegate to the U.S. Green Building Council’s Task Force for the new LEED ND project certification. She is currently a member of the steering committee of the Builder’s Association’s Green Council.
