North Brookfield Savings Names New Retail Banking VP

Patricia Ostrout Patricia A. Ostrout has been named vice president, retail banking at North Brookfield Savings Bank.

Ostrout has more than 25 years of community banking experience and is a graduate of Springfield Technical Community College and The New England School for Financial Studies, the bank said.

"Patricia’s expertise in providing customers exactly what they’re looking for in the retail banking area makes her a truly beneficial addition to our team," North Brookfield Savings Bank President and CEO Donna Boulanger said in a statement. "I’m excited to see her skills at work."

Ostrout is involved with the Quaboag Hills Chamber of Commerce, having served on the board and as past chairman.

"I’m delighted to be a part of this organization. Working in a community bank where customer service is the priority is so important to me," Ostrout said. "I look forward to getting to know our customers and providing service beyond their expectations."
