North Shore Pharmacy Services LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Omnicare, has leased 50,000 square feet in Peabody.
The pharmacy-related services company leased the space at Two Technology Drive in Centennial Park. The city of Peabody recently changed the park’s zoning to include retail sales and service, said Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing for Combined Properties, which represented the landlord in the transaction.
Peggy Momper-Duncan of JLL’s Cincinnati, Ohio office, and Peter Richardson and Chris Decembrele of the JLL Boston office, assisted Omnicare in the lease.
"Two Technology Drive, one of five buildings in our Peabody portfolio, is an excellent fit for North Shore Pharmacy," John Pereira, president of Combined Properties, said in a statement. "The Centennial Park area is becoming a hub for many industry leaders including Analogic, Boston Children’s at Peabody, Cardinal Health and Carl Zeiss. North Shore Pharmacy will be right at home in the park."
