The board of directors of Northeast Community Bancorp Inc. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 3-cents per common share.
The dividend will be paid on or about Nov. 1 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Oct. 7.
The New York-based bank operates two full-service branches in Danvers and Plymouth.
