Jack Dawley, CEO of Burlington-based Northland Residential, has been named president of the Builder’s Association of Greater Boston (BAGB).
Dawley has been a BAGB member for more than 15 years, according to a statement. At Northland, Dawley focuses on green building and environmentalism.
"It’s important for construction professionals to be involved in professional (associations) in order to network and share industry news," said Dawley. "Because I came to know BAGB to be a strong and dedicated network of building experts, I am beyond honored to become president. For 2011, BAGB’s main focus will be to promote homebuilding in greater Boston as we focus on getting back to the basics which will be essential for not only our businesses, but the community as a whole."
