Three communities designed and built by Burlington-based developer Northland Residential Corp. have received recognition from the National Association of Home Builders.
The Residences at Black Rock in Hingham, The Woodlands at Belmont Hill in Belmont, and The Villages at Brookside in Bourne each received recognition for their EnergyStar-certified developments. Homes at The Residences at Black Rock and The Woodlands at Belmont Hill were recognized with silver awards for best staging of a new home; a custom home at the Black Rock development won silver for best architectural design of a single-family home 1,500 to 2,500 square feet; and the silver award for best product design of a multi-family community was awarded to The Villages at Brookside, according to a statement.
"We are thrilled to be honored by NAHB at this year’s Nationals Award Ceremony," Northland Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing Elaine Leonard said in a statement. "We look forward to the award show every year because it’s a great place for our team to meet trendsetters in the building industry."
As silver award-winners, Northland Residential is now a finalist for gold awards in each of those categories, as well. Gold winners will be announced at NAHB’s Nationals Award Ceremony at the annual International Builders’ Show in February.
