26 Packridge Road NorthMarq Capital’s Boston-based regional office secured $2.54 million in acquisition financing for a Haverhill property.

The 42,000-square-foot office building is located at 26 Parkridge Road. Ed Riekstins, senior vice president, arranged the financing.

"The strong location of the property as well as the lender’s assistance to complete a quick closing made this a successful transaction," Riekstins said in a statement. "We look forward to doing more business with both the borrower and the lender."
