Norwell-based mortgage lender radius financial group recently hired John J. Lynah as its chief financial officer.

Previously, Lynah was the vice president and head of financial control for the wealth division of Barclays Bank in New York. He has also held senior accounting positions at Augentius Fund Administration in New York and Hays Consultancy in London, England, where he oversaw accounting and financing for specific entities and divisions of Barclays Bank, Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan. He previously served as assistant vice president at State Street Bank & Trust Co. in Boston and as accounting manager at Harvard University Employees Credit Union in Cambridge.

He maintains an active CPA license in the Commonwealth and lives in Boston.
