Norwell-based Unicorn Realty has completed a $500,000 renovation of its 12,000-square-foot building at 412 Washington St. in Norwell.

The building was originally designed for five units of retail or office space, and the renovation resulted in the building being able to house three units, according to a statement. The renovation also included a new façade for the exterior structure of the building, a new electrical and a new HVAC system.
