Norwood Bank has promoted Stephen Mandozzi, John J. Crowley, Christiana Rose and Nancy Folan.
Mandozzi has been promoted to vice president of internal audit & compliance.
Mandozzi of Natick joined the bank in 2008 as an AVP/internal audit. He is responsible for performing independent evaluations of the systems of internal control, and to providing management and the audit committee with appropriate recommendations to improve the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of those systems. He also oversees the bank’s compliance department.
John J. Crowley of Arlington has been promoted to vice president of commercial lending.
Crowley joined the bank in 2004 as a credit officer and has worked in the commercial lending department. He was promoted to AVP/credit officer in 2005, and more recently to AVP/commercial loan officer in 2008.
He is responsible for building and managing a loan portfolio of customer accounts, including permanent mortgages on various types of commercial properties, construction loans to builders and developers and residential development loans.
Christiana Rose Promoted to Assistant Vice President/ Residential Lending at Norwood Bank
Rose of Norwood joined the bank in 1994 as a full-time teller. She was promoted to teller/CSR in 1995 before transferring to the lending department in 1996 as a loan processor. She has since worked as a mortgage specialist/underwriter assistant, mortgage underwriter/loan processor supervisor mortgage supervisor.
She is responsible for the initial review of applications upon submission, loan interviews, documentation analysis, investor approval submissions and closing packages.
Folan of East Walpole, who joined the bank in 1999 as an administrative assistant in commercial lending, has been promoted to assistant vice president/human resources & administration.
She was promoted to executive assistant in 2001 where she assumed administrative duties as it relates to the president/CEO and board of directors. She also assumed the human resources responsibilities in 2009.
She is responsible for administrative duties of the bank as well as the development, implementation, and application of all policies and procedures related to the bank’s human resources.
