Three tenants have leased or renewed almost 10,000 square feet of space at 76 Astor Ave. in Norwood, bringing the property to 100 percent occupancy.

Office International Gallery leased 1,800 square feet. Gerber Electronics signed on for 1,700 square feet of space. EPSG Inc. renewed its lease at the property, tripling its footprint in the building from 2,000 square feet to 6,000 square feet, according to a statement.

Elliot Ravech, president and principal of Norwood-based Elliot & Co., represented landlord CMI Property Inc. in each of the three transactions.

The Norwood property is a 70,000-square-foot industrial facility with flexible space, including office, laboratory and R&D. Elliot & Co. is the exclusive leasing agent for the property, which now is 100 percent leased.

"The recent flurry of lease signings at 76 Astor Ave. is reflective of the quality and flexibility of the space there," Ravech said in a statement.
