Joanne O’Regan has joined Norwell real estate firm Jack Conway & Co.’s corporate services division.

O’Regan recently left her post as a sales agent in the company’s Duxbury office to join the Norwell headquarters staff. In her new position, she will also lead the Conway referral registry, a group of 660 individuals with current but inactive real estate licenses who earn fees by referring customers to the Conway Country sales team, according to a statement.

The Conway relocation department is a member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, an international network of thousands of real estate agents in offices worldwide.

"I’m very happy to welcome Joanne O’Regan to our team," said Maureen McCaffrey, president of Conway corporate services. "She has the personal and professional skills to help people make a trouble-free corporate transfer or residential move anywhere in the world."

O’Regan was recently honored with the Conway Country "2009 Rising Star Award" as the top producing new sales associate companywide, according to a statement.

"I’m hoping to recruit more members for our Referral Registry, and help families make a smooth transition to their new destinations," O’Regan said. "Our Conway corporate services division has assisted in relocating Massachusetts residents throughout the nation and to areas as far flung as Estonia, Austria, and East Africa. It’s exciting to be part of this process."

Before entering the real estate field, O’Regan had a long career in nursing, which included posts as executive director of the Bay Colony Visiting Nurse Association and vice-president of the Affiliated Community VNA, which later merged with Partners Home Care.
