Olympia Sports at Quincy Granite Place.Sporting goods and fitness equipment retailer Olympia Sports has renewed its lease for 4,828 square feet at Quincy Granite Place.

The lease renewal will allow the plaza to maintain full occupancy, according to a statement.

Lease negotiations were handled by Frank O’Neill, broker for The Grossman Cos. Inc., of Quincy, who represented the landlord, 126 Granite Street Trust.

Anchored by TJ Maxx, Quincy Granite Place is also home to iParty, Dress Barn, Boston Market, Papa Gino’s and Dunkin Donuts. The 61,400 square-foot center, opened in 1995, is managed by The Grossman Cos.
