Vantage Builders Inc. of Waltham has completed the 84,000-square-foot renovation of Olympus Surgical Technologies America’s facility at 136 Turnpike Road in Southborough.

The project included renovations of the executive offices and a new 2,100-square-foot training area at the 84,000-square-foot facility, which manufactures devices used in minimally invasive surgery. Olympus recently signed a lease renewal and was awarded a tenant allowance for office upgrades.

Westford served as project managers and Fine Associates were the architects. Avid Engineers and Hung & Associates provided engineering services.

Ed Silva, principal at Vantage Builders, said the project was completed without affecting Olympus’ day-to-day business by utilizing double shifts. The building houses more than 100 employees.
