The One Fund Boston has moved to a new office suite at 18 Tremont St. in Boston.

The third-floor space was donated by an affiliate of building owner Equus Capital Partners Ltd. of Philadelphia.

The Boston office of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in the transaction, while Boston-based McCall & Almy represented One Fund.

Since last spring, the fund has collected $73 million for the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings. The fund previously occupied office space at the Prudential Center donated by landlord Boston Properties.
