179 Lincoln St., BostonYodle, a local online advertising company, has leased 10,000 square feet at 179 Lincoln St. in downtown Boston.

"Yodle had three primary concerns in finding a new location: access to an innovative employee base, ease of transportation, and cost, all of which were met with the building at 179 Lincoln St.," said Anthony Pangaro of Millennium Partners, which owns the building.

Yodle plans to hire nearly 80 new employees over the next six to 12 months in its new location.

"As a young company looking to hire smart and innovative employees in a hot location, the decision to relocate to 179 Lincoln St. was easy," said Court Cunningham, CEO of Yodle. "While we continue to expand as a company we need room to grow. There is no better fit for Yodle, 179 Lincoln St. and the city of Boston."

CB Richard Ellis/New England, a joint venture partner with CB Richard Ellis, brokered the lease. Peter Trivelas, vice president of transaction advisory at UGL Equis, represented Yodle. The CBRE team of David Fitzgerald, executive vice president/partner, Tim Lyne, executive vice president/partner and Tim Howe, vice president, negotiated the lease on behalf of Millennium Partners.
