An oceanfront seven-bedroom home at 835 Sea View Ave. in Osterville has been sold for $22.75 million, setting a record for the highest-priced single-family real estate sale on Cape Cod to date.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties co-founder Paul E. Grover had the listing.
The 3.66-acre property is divided into a main house and an attached guest house on separate lots, with the buildings together totaling 15,500 square feet. The home has 280 feet of private beach overlooking Nantucket Sound.
Previously, the most expensive single-family sale in Cape Cod history was 159 Main St. in Osterville, which sold for $18.50 million in 2022.

The sale of the $1,467.74-per-square-foot property was recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on Tuesday, June 25.
