Gil Ouellette, of Ipswich, has joined real estate firm Barrett & Co. in its Beverly office.

Ouellette has more than 15 years of business experience including management and sales, according to a statement.

"Every aspect of my business experience involved working together with others to attain a common goal," said Ouellette. "Real estate is all about building relationships-matching people with the right homes or the right buyers-and that’s what I have always done and enjoy doing.

"Gil brings the same experience and knowledge gained in his former career to his real estate relationships," said Jon Gray, president. "Being able to work with clients to determine their priorities, to clearly set expectations and then manage the process and deliver superior results is what the ‘work’ of real estate is all about."
