Packaging Co. Renews 73,710 S.F. Westborough Lease

Rand Whitney Packaging recently renewed its 73,710-square-foot lease at 10 Otis St. in Westborough.

Ned Halloran, assistant vice president at Lincoln Property Co., represented the owner, Invesco Real Estate’s institutional client. Jim Umphrey and Don Mancini of Kelleher & Sadowsky Assoc. of Worcester represented the tenant in the transaction.

Located on a 9.6-acre site, 10 Otis St. is a one-story, 73,710-square-foot industrial/warehouse building.

Lincoln Property serves as the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the property, which was built in 1972.
