Palen Joins Citizens Bank

citizensbank Eric Palen, of Amesbury, has joined Citizens Bank as a mortgage loan officer.

Palen will work out of the bank’s branches in Amesbury and Beverly, according to a statement. In his new role, Palen will originate mortgage programs, including both conventional and government loans. He specializes in financing for first-time homebuyers.

Palen has six years of experience in the mortgage business and comes to Citizens Bank from Fairway Independent Mortgage, where he was a loan officer.
