Hammond Residential has hired Michael Pallares in its South End office in Boston.
Pallares will be representing buyers and sellers from Hammond’s office located in the Atelier Building at 505 Tremont St. Stenberg, in making the announcement, said:
"Michael has a well-established track record of sales throughout all the neighborhoods of Boston. His marketing savvy and communications skills have given him a loyal following of buyers and sellers over the years," said David Stenberg, senior vice president of Hammond’s four Boston offices.
Born in Caracas, Venezuala and raised in Florida, Pallares moved from Atlanta to Boston in 1987 when he became an executive with Talbot’s catalog development group.
He has worked in the field of creative services management for various firms including his last corporate placement as vice president of creative services for MFS Investment Management in Back Bay.
Pallares began his real estate career in 2003 at Metro Realty Corp. in Brookline, where he was both a Realtor and the agency’s sales and marketing manager.
