Alana M. Papa has joined ERA Key Realty Services as manager of the firm’s Franklin office.

Papa, a Bellingham resident, graduated from Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro. She also attended Saint Anselm College in Manchester, N.H.

"I chose ERA because of the tools available for clients and the open, honest way the Brokers work," said Papa. "I felt they really had my clients’ and my best interest at heart."

"Alana is a bright and charismatic individual; she will be a terrific real estate agent. Her customers will find her charming and will thoroughly enjoy the experience of finding their dream home," Franklin Office Manager David Kovalsky said. "Alana’s past experience in sales and recruiting will be a great source for her to continue to develop all of her skills in the real estate industry."
