Pardee Appointed Manager Of Coldwell Banker Salem Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England has appointed Anne Pardee sales manager of the company’s Salem office. Pardee will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of approximately 20 sales associates serving Salem, Danvers, Peabody and the surrounding North Shore communities.

Prior to her new role, Pardee was a top-producing sales associate in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Gloucester office.

"With nearly 30 years of business, management and real estate marketing experience, Anne brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position. Under Anne’s leadership, the Salem sales team will continue to gain strength in the marketplace," Pat Villani, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, said in a statement.

Pardee is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and has served as secretary of the Rockport Cultural Council for six years. A resident of Rockport, Pardee is a graduate of Skidmore College.
