Jake Parsons, associate at Parsons Commercial Group Inc., represented Cheever Industries in a 12,000-square-foot lease at 89 October Hill Road in Holliston.

Cheever Industries provides replacement spare parts for the computer service maintenance industry.

"89 October Hill Road offered the tenant a perfect blend of warehouse space as well as office space for their operations in a centralized location to many of their existing clients," said Parsons.

Marci Alvarado, vice president at Parsons Commercial Group, represented Recombinant Data Corp. in its renewal and expansion of its corporate headquarters at Two Newton Place in Newton. The landlord, RMR West LLC was represented in-house.

Recombinant Data Corp. offers healthcare providers and academic medical centers data warehousing and clinical intelligence solutions.

Recombinant expanded its space from 5,700 to 9,000 square feet to accommodate their rapid growth needs.

"The location’s proximity to public transportation, numerous amenities and highly educated workforce all contributed to making the location very desirable," Alvarado said.
