Partners Healthcare at Home recently leased 18,227 square feet at 152 Conant St. in Beverly.

Greg Klemmer, executive vice president/principal, and Tim Brodigan, vice president, of NAI Hunneman negotiated on behalf of landlord, The Connolly Partnership, while the tenant was represented by Julie Gray at McCall & Almy.

The Conant Street building totals more than 75,000 square feet, including a host of amenities including an on-site cafe, fitness center and parking.

"152 Conant St., along with 138 Conant, are now fully occupied buildings in a soft office market because they provide tenants with first-class office space, hands-on ownership and a visible and easily accessible location on Route 128 North," said Klemmer.
