Peggy Patenaude has received the first place sales professional award for residential sales in Massachusetts for the first quarter of 2011 by Prudential Real Estate Inc., a Prudential Financial Inc. company.

The award recognizes the sales professional in the Prudential Real Estate Network who produced the highest residential sales activity in the first quarter.

Patenaude has consistently achieved the Chairman’s Circle, which recognizes the top 2 percent of Prudential Realtors nationally. She is also a fine homes specialist and certified buyers representative, according to a statement.
