Anthony J. Patti, chief financial officer of Reading Co-operative BankAnthony J. Patti, chief financial officer of Reading Co-operative Bank, recently graduated from the American Bankers Association’s Senior Leadership Institute.

While attending the program, Patti studied leadership styles and effectiveness, understanding group process and decision making, ethics of leadership, managing employee conflict and developing trust and vision.

Patti was named senior vice president and chief financial officer of Reading Co-operative Bank in January 2006.  He brings more than 30 years of banking experience to Reading Co-operative Bank.

Prior to his position at Reading Co-operative, Patti served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Medford Co-operative Bank and executive vice president and chief financial officer at Revere Federal Savings Bank. 

Patti, of Derry, N.H., is a member of the Legal and Regulatory Compliance Committee of the Massachusetts Bankers Association.  He is a past member of Mass Bankers’ Federal Liaison Committee.

Patti received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Framingham State College and received his MBA in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.  He has also attended various training and educational programs offered by the Massachusetts Bankers Association and the American Bankers Association.
